Service Description
Soft tissue massage appointments can be booked as a standalone service or may be recommended as part of your management plan. Soft tissue massage is a fantastic treatment option if you are looking to help relieve pain or simply as a way to aid relaxation. It can also be helpful for people experiencing tension, tightness and/or a reduced range of movement.
Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 48hrs prior to your booked appointment. If, for any reason, you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 48hrs notice please be aware that you will be charged in full. If you are a client of a private health insurance company this will equate to losing one of your allocated sessions. Please note that due to the nature of my full-time role as Senior Physiotherapist at Watford Football Club I may have to reschedule appointments at short notice. If this is the case I will contact you by phone to rebook your appointment for the next available opportunity.
